Lovely to have the Tackle Guru Lads Matt Godfrey & Pemb Wrighting here at Partridge Lakes yesterday for a coaching session on Gold Lake!
It was a cracking day out today for something a little special, as last year’s Christmas competition winner Richard Cole hit the banks of Partridge Lakes Fishery with Tackle Guru’s current UK Champion, Pemb Wrighting! Rich was keen to learn about the Hybrid Feeder, picking up the technique like an expert and catching some stunning fish on it! He even brought is dad along to keep the brews coming in the cold!
The boys have returned again today to film a feature for the Guru Pole Pots on Spey Canal, keep an eye out for it’s release!

Although we can reveal that Guru will be kindly sponsoring our three PL Winter Leagues & The Partridge Christmas Match, and if it’s anything like the support/prizes we received for the Club Match Championship this year its sure to be a good winter at Partridge!
